In the red corner fighting for the rebellion we have the YT-2400 and in the blue corner we have the Imperials VT-49 Decimator. Who will win the battle of X-Wing Wave V?
All though we can’t play with these beauts just yet lets take a closer look at what Fantasy Flight’s newest Wave of X-Wing miniatures have to offer.
13 may be an unlucky number for some, but you probably wont feel so unlucky when fielding this light freighter, as it has 13 weapon emplacement points. Making this one heavily armed transporting mother fudger. The YT-2400 stats are nothing to be sniffed at either, it’s very resilient with 5 Hull and 5 shields with an attack and agility of 2.
Not only are you getting another great 1/270 scale mini, to your ever-increasing collection, but a whole new mission, three debris cloud tokens, maneuver dial, all required tokens, four ship cards. Including the Smuggler Dash Rendar.
amongst the 13 upgrades that you get with the YT-2400 is the Lando Calrissian crew upgrade and the Outrider title.
The name Decimator would leave even the fearless amongst us shaking in our little space boots. For good reason too, with 3 attack and 360 degrees shooting, the Decimator is a force to be reckoned with. This will be one tough nut to crack with 12 Hull and 4 shields penetration will be hard, unlike that of Jodie Marsh.
The Decimator will be the largest ship yet, designed for the standard play format. It will come with four ship cards, three debris cloud tokens, a new mission, maneuver dial and all the required tokens. The upgrade cards will include Mara Jade and Fleet Officer.
